After watching this with a few friends, we went out tasting at the local wineries and was amazed by my own improvements in breaking down the wines. I have enjoyed wines for many years but this video helped me create my process for tasting wines. This will be something I can go back and refer to in the future many times.

Wine will never be the same…..prior to watching this DVD, my idea of a great wine was strictly based on the label….did it catch my attention, and what about the label amused me. Of course I had my preference white versus red….then I watched the DVD, utilized the book as a road map (through Napa, Livermore, the Central Coast) – and I now have an appreciation of the process; the skill; what truly goes into making a find wine; the history – the family history or the wine makers themselves, and the gift they give to all …. the truth is, every drink I have….regardless if its wine or simply fruit juice has taken on new meaning and depth… give yourself this gift that goes on giving; purchase for a friend – they will love you….while watching have a glass of wine and explore the richness of the wine and DVD – you will not be disappointed!

I never knew how much I was missing from my wine drinking experiences until I saw this video. It opened my mind and my senses to another world of sensations and pleasure. The producers, Tim Halbom and Taryn Voget, are masters at creating models of the strategies of successful individuals and Tim is exceptional at drawing out information from these experts of how they do what they do so that we can learn to do the same and achieve similar results. This video will show how Tim Gaiser tastes and experiences wine and how we can use his strategies to do the same. I highly recommend this video to anyone who enjoys wine and don’t forget the video as a gift to the ‘wine’ experts you know. I purchased several copies for the wine experts I know and look forward to their surprise when they see what they can learn from Tim’s strategies!
